Basically what I was trying to say is that there is much room for improvement even at 480p resolution.And my 360 even at 480P mode smokes anything last gen in terms of realism, and quality.

fgsfds - careful. The FPS you get on your computer etc is the total # of frames per second. A reading of 60 fps does *not* mean that the screen updated every 1/60th of a second. It just means that in 1 second the image updated 60 times.So take 1000 frames, jam it in only 0.5 seconds, leave the other 0.5 seconds static, and you will still 'notice' that its 1000 fps :)

Well, Call of Duty 3 is being ported to the Wii. I think that will be a great point of comparison between the systems. Lets just wait and see what happens...

omg nintendo fanboys! eeek! innovate my ass, jeeeesus! you could make a 360 innovate with abit of sticky tape and cardbord n im sure it would beat the n00b machine (yea i mean the Wii) also im not gonna look like a prick waving some s**tty wand around to play splinter cell! i have owned all the Nintendo consoles and being a by owning all of the last gen consoles also ; PS2, xbox and gamecube...the playstation 2 had its time in the spotlight as in graphics and gameplay and vies versa for the other two...i think..that if this blu ray thing in the ps3 isnt like world changing and become the new thing that goes inside everything from dvd players to radios i think by the time there is talk for a ps4 and a xbox720 or whatever i think that all the consoles will have far better graphics than what they are showing now better than killzone and all the other ps3 teaser trailers, and that all the consoles will be at par with each other as it is now with the ps2 xbox and gamecube...and the wii "fanboys" ( as you all call us ) will have enough money to buy a ps3 two or three years after its release and have both were as ps3 fans will be S.O.L.

I think the Xbox 360 is far graphically superior to the Wii, but like other people have said, the two different consoles are good at different things.

I am a Wii fanboy and I will support there stuff even if it sucks. Anyway the Wii graphics power could he just as good at the xbox360, but no one uses all of the power the Wii has. People say that Nintendo is using all the power for the Mario Galaxy game they are coming out with. I am not a computer nerd so I do not know the about the chip. I think what they did is the bought a chip that could compete with the chip xbox360. If they put in a high chip, then the games would of been more money and would take longer to make. It is a smart move and when they get a lot of 3rd party support, then you can get a system with better graphics. So until I can see a game with all the power used from the Wii on a game, then I can make a decision.
