Why are you getting dugg down? I'm getting sick of having to accept every choice as valid. f**k that. You know what? If you want to use a video game to get fit then you're a f**king loser.
While some workout programs on the Wii can be beneficial, I wouldn't count on it resulting in fat loss. A recent study showed that playing the Wii resulted in a low to moderate burning of calories, equivalent to a walk through the neighborhood. In my opinion, this means that Wii activity might be a good "off day" activity, where you have no workout planned.
