I have to say, I would fight tooth and nail on this one. The plaintiff in this case is a company whose sole business model is to patent things that already exist and sue the companies that use those patents. This is a BAD THING, and needs to stop. If I were Sony, I would have appealed all the way to the Supreme court, and countersued, and take potshots at their headquarters with ballistic missiles. These people are scum on a whole new level.
I can't help but think you'll be getting friendly calls from Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft before long, possibly before I finish this sentence.Do you have any idea who Fenner Investments is or how they ended up with your patent?
