news.spong.com — Following recent hints at a 2006 launch, technology and manufacturing partners have let slip Nintendo?s plans to launch the Revolution in June next year.More surprising are plans to launch worldwide - within one month; "As of early October this year, we had agreed with all key partners that a global ship date of June 2006 was achievable"

After I sold my gamecube (unfortunate, because they have had some stuff I'm interested in since then) I swore, SWORE, I would never own another Nintendo console, because the exclusives just weren't worth it and I was always dissapointed that I missed out on some of the PS2's games. However, if the Revolution does launch at $200 or less, has a Smash Brothers, and has at least one of each of the following (using the revolution's gyroscopic features): tennis game and Ninja/swordfighting game I MUST own this console. I was definitely going to go Sony, but at this point it might wind up PC and Revolution.

I sure hope I can afford to get the ps3 and the rev. I will be in school when they both come out and don't know if I will have money or not.
