If only the idiot who took that photo could get more of thetext on the right. I could read it and tell you all if this is the new name. The top line says "The brand is reflecting..."and there are mentions of "platform" and other words whichmight mean there will be indeed a name change.GO sounds more like a network service but none of the textI can see indicates that this is about networking. In any case GO is a no-go in my opinion. Keep the Revolutionnaming please Nintendo.
People are professionally employed to be "namers" ... in this case they should be sacked... Revolution has stuck... so don't remane it! Instead of spending money on marketing, renaming etc - they should just make the console's cheaper for us users - cause that's what it's all about isn't it? PLAYING GAMES.... not naming them!
I doubt this is the real name, but hey, I do find it somewhat amusing as a possibility.First lets go over the obivous:G.O. could possible be Game(ing) Online, so the online game distribution service, like people said. The whole 5 thing, well, that's nice and prettyful, but a load of s**t. If the name is Go, then the reference isn't going to be to the number 5, but Go as a name means "power" (at least, according to a Japanese exchange student who was here a few years ago named Go Yoshida). If you want some allusion to the Japanese language, I think the power reference would be more like Nintendo than the number.Still, lets just see what actually happens, I don't think that's the final name, it just doesn't fit with their recent naming scheme. On the other hand. . . "it's go time!"[/lame]

That's a bad name if it's the real deal... Nice looking logo though.

The keynote is over, and no new name announced. This is confirmed inaccurate.

Speculation will be the death of digg. Something like digg relies on accuracy, when lots of people treat it like a blog!

PlayStation has one more letter and it seemed to go over pretty well.
