those arnt samurai firefighters.... thats the protective suit they wear in Japan. the flaps on the sides keep their heads from catching fire. as for the freeky sun... well i hate to say it, but my culture can be a bit nutty sometimes :P kidding, i have no clue, i think its to go with the blue...
