Nice to see the youth learning something that will actually help them get a job in the future, unlike majority of high-school courses and even some degrees. What a major waste of time. I can't help but get the feeling that his father (A chief technology officer) has something to do with it. I'm not saying it impossible for a nine year old, just a speculation.

I have to wonder if his dad wrote portions of it. Don't get me wrong, I starting programming in 5th grade so I know putting together apps at that age is possible, but iPhone programming is a lot more complicated and the graphics are all low level stuff that most university students can have trouble with.I'm not saying it isn't possible, but I wouldn't have known the math to pull something like that off until at least high school. Maybe the Singapore schools are that much better or something...If the kid did this all on his own though, I'm more than willing to give credit where it's due. It's amazing if it's true.
