jaffejuice.com — Nikon sent a bunch of their D80 cameras to a group of Flickr users and let them snap to their heart's content. They took a bunch of submissions and used them as part of a 3-page spread, which ran in places like BusinessWeek.

This is really cool of Nikon to do and everyone benefits. Nikon gets some good PR and really good looking ads that show their cameras in use, Flickr gets promotion, and the users get nice DLSRs. This would make a great promotion for Flickr and any large camera manufacturer. Say once a month, Flickr hosts a contest and the best image gets a camera with the stipulation that they submit 10-20 photos back to the manufacturer.
