gizmodo.com — People have been clamoring for Marty McFly's future Nike's from Back to the Future Part II for years now, but Nike has done nothing about it. Until now. They aren't releasing the actual shoes from the movie, unfortunately, but they are releasing shoes "inspired by" those future kicks. It's a start.

"People have been clamoring for Marty McFly's future Nike's from Back to the Future Part II for years now, but Nike has done nothing about it."Yeah, every time I go by a Nike store I look to see if they've made the McFly shoe. I'm always asking the sales clerks when they're going to get them. I've been clamoring since I saw the movie in the 80s. C'mon!

Of course I meant Zissou, you can already get Zizous, I'm sure. The ones on Ebay are altered, not manufactured that way.

I'm hoping the actual replicas will be released in 2015, like they should be. That gives Nike 7 more years to invent self-lacing shoes - well worth the wait.
