torrentfreak.com — The Swedish news site Nyheter24 has been criticized for including a list of most downloaded TV-shows on their site, and linking directly to the torrent detail pages on The Pirate Bay. According to Henrik Pont?n of the Swedish Anti Pirate Bureau, who led the Pirate Bay investigation, the news site is assisting copyright infringement.

"Hey, look over there! This paraphernalia is illegal."I pointed to it. Is it mine? No. Am I promoting it or ratting the person out that owns it? If it's illegal, I guess I'm ratting them out. So I suppose I just shouldn't speak when I see an injustice, right? But no, they can't see it that way because common sense is in no way equatable online as it is IRL, I suppose.The anti-piracy groups just can't get enough blood, no matter how silly the issue seems. I sometimes defend anti-piracy here on digg but saying 'here is something illegal going on' is somehow illegal? wtf?
