No doubt Humboldt (which is not even close to bay area) is the growing capital of California (and probably the US), and in fact many of the people who go to Humboldt are from LA. Im talking about consumption and culture of pot. Not growing, which isn't necessarily culture. Pot has a whole consumption culture
