paymentsnews.com — It use to be to get a Mastercard or Visa card, you needed to fill out an application and then it would come in the mail 7 to 10 days later. Now they have a new kiosk that issues a prepaid Mastercard on the spot. I am sure these Kiosks will soon replace the racks with gift card and prepaid credit cards that you see at grocery checkouts.
