freestateblogs.net — The NH House and Senate passed a bill to reject Real-ID, and the Governor has said he'll sign it.The bill not only rejects Real-ID, but also "any national identification card system that may follow therefrom."

"They will buckle when the Feds take away their highway funds." -- nodakiEducate yourself dude. NH doesn't accept federal highway bribes already b/c they don't have a seatbelt law...they're the ONLY state that doesn't.Live free or die!

I worked for years helping to develop RFID systems before I woke up and realized what their REAL agenda was, the forced implantation of every member of the human race! Once you accept the chip you will never be free again! It doesn't matter whether it's implanted under your skin or encased in a plastic ID card, it's the same thing, it's ENSLAVEMENT!

This program is tied to Federal Money but I think every state should pass it in order to push the Federal Government back so they will get a message that the states are fed up with it. There are so many laws that should be at the state level because of your vast landscape. What may be a good law in one part of the country is not a good law at all in another. Some laws have to stay at the Federal level in order to keep the states bonded together and keep us as a strong union.

@ spidermedicSo... are you saying it never happens? You've actually researched this? (Being in NH, you should look up the two officials who made those statements and chastize them. Clearly, you're right, and they're wrong, and they should have been coerced into wearing those seatbelts.)BTW - It seems as if your energy would be better spent pushing for an end to socialized medicine and promoting driver safety awareness. Instead of merely vocalizing support for using coercion against people in the name of nanny-statism (not to mention support for a law ripe for abuse whenever localities feel they need more revenue.)

Why do you have such a strong desire to have people controlled and tracked? I mean, your statement is all about coercing people into doing something they just don't want to do. Like they should all be FORCED, and you'd be gleeful to see it.Are you THAT worried about your own safety that you'd mandate this to every other American, and use forceful coercion when they demand their rights?Sheesh...

"You can name instances where seatbelt was the primary cause of a death? And would they have survived otherwise--nope. There are plenty of studies showing that seatbelts do indeed work and I can quote you more personal testimony than you could imagine." ---It's true. Certain accidents cause the steering wheel to be pushed through the front seat crushing whatever's there. A person without a seatbelt will fly up and usually have his legs injured. A person with a seatbelt will be crushed.Granted, MOST accidents aren't like this and the seatbelt helps more than it hurts (which is why I wear it). The main point is: I'm an adult, I'll decide what risks I want to take. Screw you if you want to run my life for me.
