Theres a catch in it. there is no US internet unlike the US railways. The Internet can not be kill switched. Only your part can be either separated or splintered. Individual devices on the Internet are still functional. they form local networks and any link will work to reconnect them. Oh, and the name servers will gtfo of the US control the moment something like this passes.
