gear6.net — Fourtitude has caught some great new photos of the new Audi R8 production car going through testing at Nurburging, late last week. Two different R8's were actually spied one wearing a matte black finish with fashionable white polka dot's and the other in a light silver blue much like the Le Mans concept car's color.

Yeah it's a sweet car and I'm sure there is a lot of technology that went into it but I don't think it really qualifies as technology news. Otherwise we should just spam the front page with all new products as everything inevitably has some technology in it.No Digg... not tech related.

They're not going after the 911 is this catagory. This car will have a V8, and it won't be lightweight. I'm betting this is also a Laborghini Gallardo underneath, and it will probably have the Lambo V10 as an option, since both the Audi S6 and S8's are offering it as well.Porsche's are lightweight 6 cylinder supercars.

hmm i was very much under the impression that toyota owned volvo.. odd.. very pretty cars but i actually preferred the one w/o the LEDs.. god i love audis

Drove the A8 once and it is easily the nicest car I have driven. Quiet, smooth and fast.
