Just a few more troops to be sent through the meat grinder. Obama really gives an impression that he wants to kill off as many of our troops as possible. It will demoralize and destabilize the military. Then during his campaign for reelection he can promise to bring the troops home and buy a lot of votes for ending a losing war. The Taliban will celebrate a great victory like they did when Russia pulled out of Afghanistan. Next the Taliban, Al Queda and other terrorist groups will bring their war to us here on our soil. By then Obama will have dismantled the military and stripped them of their weapons systems.

I think that is a crazy misnomer. There can be no treatise. Any "war on terror" can only be a war in the worst Orwellian sense; it will be unending and the enemy will have no face.
