I've followed the story from the beginning. In his video recount of the events, a Paul supporter was positively ecstatic they were in position to vote in far more delegates than the popular vote had allocated to them. Whether it was following the rules or not, the party's response to these tactics was to stop the Paulites from unethically winning over-representation by working the system.
