publishing2.com — "If Netscape really wants to beat Digg, it should leverage the advantage it already appears to have ? by comparison, Netscape isn?t littered with as many ?weird? stories. It?s already acting more like a news site that the average person could more easily transition to." Scott Karp says "Steve Job?s trampoline" story is weird.

Engadget in entertaining, Netscape is not. Jason Calakanis should still to the work he has done at Weblogs, Inc. before Gawker media takes his share of the market in Blogs.

Or, it could plug security holes. Try searching for the following on netscape search:[leftbracket]script[rightbracket]window.location="<a class="user" href="http://www.google.com">http://www.google.com</a>"[leftbracket]/script[rightbracket]

how many "normal" people would be willing to admit publicly that they prefer Netscape because they're too simple-minded to understand the majority of Digg'ed articles?"I prefer the Weekly World News over the NY Post because I can pronounce more of the words used in WWN"..... ;)
