The point is that Senator Lieberman did not toe the party line. He is that rarest of birds - a Democrat who thinks for himself. He is therefore fair game for standard left-wing lies and the crudest forms of ridicule. No one should be surprised.
They "the left" just made a Republican governor apologize for the term tar baby, you won't hear anything about this on the MSM. It's possible that FOX will put this on their 2 minutes they use around 6:34 est in the evening and that is about all the play it will get.
Why... why... why... this is the kind of thing that would be considered racist and in poor taste if it weren't done by a rich white liberal. It's obvious that wealthy whites like Huffington still think of black folk as property purchased by their liberal programs
