Go Murtha! He wants net neutrality AND to bring the troops home. He's on a roll! (My congressman is better than yours *smiles*). Hope he gets the top position in the house he's after.

I contacted my representative to complain (as if it will help). I found out most are required to have a online placed to contact them at-least Mississippi does and even if your not from those states that voted no CONTACT them let them no we are pissed. Each person has a representative but we are a collective society and we need to reach out and contact and let our voices be heard."Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances"I believe that this in some ways is a violation of free speech

I can't believe this is even an issue. The very concept of allowing priority to one site over another is simply Unamerican. How the hell did this fail in the House? I also don't understand how this is a Democrat vs. Republican issue either. This is an issue about fair and free; what this very land was founded on. How in hell could we let this happen? The more I read about s**t like this, the more I want to exercise my Canadian citizenship. I'm a dual.I completely agree wholeheartedly with Pile when this person said, "Single issues lead to multiple issues.A principal is a single issue. Any single issue will give you great insight into people. Those that voted against net neutrality stand with the corporations. Those who support it stand with the people. It's simple."I think Pile summed it up for all of us.

Well, the mouth breathers in the red states screwed us again. I guess it's the general disdain for those hippies that use that "Internet" thing.

carlosqlz, (I am making my post in a similar fashion to yours because it is amazing)Wow, carlosqlz, that was a thoughtful and hilareous post. We are all so glad you took the time to do so. Please continue to post hilareous and thoughtful post so the internet continues to grow to our wildest dreams! Your post was pensive and had so much thought backing it up, especially since so many liberals looks like they voted just like dem evil conservatives. They have SO MUCH more integrity, as shown by their vote. But you hate conservatives so much, that whenever you can slander them, you do, like the douche that you are. Left and right they are ALL corporate peddlers."Gay quote here like carlosqlz's, but can't think of one because anything that I can say like Carlos gives me the douchechills"LOL, ROFL, ROFLMAO
