As explained above, you need a special mirror to reflect a laser without it just burning through, and things like moisture and dust can screw your mirror up. So it really wouldnt work.

Missing the point, we allready have all the means to kill we will ever need.This is a purely defensive system designed to defend ships, cities, troops, people against missles, bombs, mortars and nukes.it really is a good thing guys.

You can't shoot a laser beam over the horizon the way you can a missile. Strictly line-of-sight.
