Aside from their crazy pricing schemes, I've no problem with their services. Customer service is great. They recently sent someone out after hours to replace my cablecard and gave me three months free Cinemax and HBO for my troubles.However, I'm also from PA. Central PA and Philly and never had an issue. Maybe we're just lucky.@cschoeps - What type of neighborhood are you in? In Philly, understandably they used bulletproof glass. The country town where I live now does not. Can't blame them from wanting protection from crazy people.
Can you name another US ISP that's actively developing a full DOCSIS 3 network?Because I'm on U-verse and now going back to Comcast. I have options for Clear WiMax but comcast is faster for a similar price.
Have you heard of Brian Krebs ?He's the guy who got McColo shut down in 2008 and dropped worldwide spam by roughly 70%. (For a month or two.)He did it by showing these sorts of graphs to peering providers and convincing them that McColo served up nothing but bad traffic.If you're at the top of this list, this is a warning shot that Krebs has you in his sights.
