don't sue girl, just get a gun and cap that punk... sounds like he was fine getting some but then goes back to his keyboard and rants on,,, freedom of speech does not mean "free" speech. Everytime some loser like this makes derogatory remarks online the general feeling is that it is OK. We need some pissed off targets to start capping these little punks who spread discountent...No one should ever write/say anything that they would not do the persons face.... if they do, they are a coward, nothing more.
this case is probably a blessing in disguise, for protection of the individual's rights, (albeit in the long run we will see legions more IP-spoofing/safe-surfing type sites appearing as a consequence).the real irony is the negative outcome this promises for the kind of shallow, self-obsessed person who went to this extreme to defend their position -- could be another dull chapter in 'Legally Blonde'.

Maybe he wanted to grind on her until his dick fell off. I guess she wouldn't have any of that.

Statements of opinion that imply the existence of undisclosed facts can be defamatory if those unstated facts turn out to be false

just for the record, pretty sure she lives in North America now, not Australia...

she'll be remembered forever by millions in the english speaking world for one thing -- the character of which she refuses to accept!

this is most likely the last we will hear of her -- they say 'any publicity is good publicity' but not when it relates to questions of your character.
