"He's released several of his songs on the Year Zero sites (Capital G, Me I'm Not, Survivalism, My Violent Heart, In This Twilight) ... a quarter of the CD on his own."not to mention letting you stream the whole album with no ads or anything for a while (i think it was like 2 weeks)
@zeromancerIf you enjoyed Antichrist Superstar then you've basically listened to a NIN album, since Trent was responsible for its production. You can move on to The Downward Spiral easily.
The subtlety of these loops just blows my mind, I'll never listen to the songs the same way again. And apparently, according to the extra files for Capital G, I'll be deceased within 15 years. Bummer...

Way more artists are gonna start doing this. Desktop digital audio production is finally going mainstream.

This is the funniest goddamned thing I've heard all day. Releasing the torrents on The Pirate Bay... LAUGH!

Is anyone paying attention to NIN's whole 'alternate reality game' that Trent started in February?
