I've never been to Tool or NIN. Went to APC once, and god that show sucked. Maynard stood up on this platform thing for the entire show, in just one location. And James Iha, etc. did the same... just stood in same spot. Great music, but so far from being awesome like a Tool or NIN show. The energy was just dead there, as if they were so bored with playing the same songs every night.
"the camera is not directly built ergonomically to let the user be able to film for longer duration. "I think that's what ngmcs8203 is talking about
Well, just seemed shaky to me a bit. Just a perception on my part. It may very well have had IS going and have been far worse if it didn't have it. Maybe it was shot with the 70-200mmL, which would account for no real wide-angle shots of the stage and it mostly being "close-ups". That would account for the "shaky" feeling I was getting even though IS may have been used, because at longer focal lengths, the shake would be more pronounced.
@tmcalI have to ask: Why does standing mostly still have to equal being "bored" to you? Did it ever occur to you that they might be more interested in performing the songs properly and less interested in looking like a bunch of raving lunatics?Of course, I love bands like NIN that can pull off both fantastically. =)

Considering I could probably buy about 20 of these cameras for the price of one Corvette, I'm going to go ahead and call you a douche.
