The reason why the poor in this country are fat is because they can't afford to shop the outside ailes of the store, where the fresh veggies and meats are because they are expensive. They end up buying food made with high fructose corn syrup and monster carbs. Mac-n-cheese, chips, frozen pizza... take a tour of your local supermarket and just look at how things are distributed.That you are a vegetarian is fine with me. Live the way you see fit.
