A wise team (that has a star already) could possibly sign a number of the lower end guys on this list and make a run, while other teams sign the big names for huge contracts. You could get 3-4 solid guys for the amount you are going to pay for the top 5 guys on this list. Teams like the Knicks, Nets and others who would be losing a star can't afford to do this, because it would look like a failure with the stars out there, but a team that have a star or two already on their team could easily sign some of these guys and make their team much better for rather cheap.
