OMG PIRATESThey're obviously capturing satellite signals and distributing feeds of television programming. There's no other possible use for bittorrent in this scenario.

Old news - we used bittorrent with NASA over a year ago to distribute the 250Mb World Wind (<a class="user" href="http://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov)">http://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov)</a> download after it was passing 1.5Gbit/sec...the download is now 50Mb, thanks God.
