There is no free realtime US radar-based air traffic map. It's illegal for anyone except for the govt to have realtime data - its a policy put in place after 9/11. The most recent data is 15 minutes old, and thats when airports get it. All those website that show "real-time tracking" are actually using 15 minute old data extrapolated to the present.

check the other link on the site, it has a handful of airports and it shows the realtime flights coming and going from them.
