peterlindberg.se — It's been a year now. I've spent hours and hours on phone with Apple. I've had my brand new MacBook repaired twice and even replaced for a newer one. Now it seems I'm stuck in an endless loop at Apple Support. And I still don't have a fully functioning laptop.

I'm in the same boat as Quix - haven't had any real problems with my MacBook. However, it's only the people who have a bad experience that will bring it to light and complain. There's been a fair bit of press recently about Macs but how many satisfied customers have talked about their experiences? None, because it isn't news. People with no problems don't see a reason to talk it. Those who have had a problem will want others to know. It's a shame, but that's how the world works.

Up next, my year of car troubles... For the next hour, I shall talk of my repeated issues with oil loss and a funny noise they can never get to reproduce... Wait, where are you going? Noooooooooooooooo! My story!
