forums.nintendo.com — Yeah, this happened yesterday. The Wii must've grabbed photos from my brother's phone a few hours prior I turned on my Wii when he was home. Apparently the Wii just eats up photos from any device around it that has bluetooth.

IF you walk around naked on the street, I am not invading your privacy by looking at you. In the same way, if your cell phone is yelling that it has pictures up for grabs, it is not an invasion of privacy to listen to it.

Well if the console can pair with it there must be someway to interface with it. Probably require some custom drivers though.

If you're going to a nightclub/bar to play Nintendo, you really need to get out more.A: "Hey guys, what do you want to do tonight"B: "Lets stay home and play Nintendo"C: "No, I got it, lets to a club!"B: "Yea, there's a Nintendo there"C: "Better, there are girls there!"B: "Can we stay home and play Nintendo?"

I want to call BS on this story but it's really hard to. While I don't think the Wii can just pull the pictures off the phone (It wont even let you look at non-message board photos without a card in the system) I was able to pair the Wiimote with my smartphone.... I got to a point though where it asked me for a passcode which 0000 did not work. So obviously that is a step in the right direction. And no, it wasn't some random bluetooth device that popped up, this one read 'Nintendo RVL-CNT-01'. Which leads me to believe the 01 stands for controller one. I couldn't pair the phone with the system however, pressing Sync on the system didn't broadcast a signal for it.

Thats not the way it works. Story is either a lie or someone lied to the story teller. etc. etc. etc.
