It depends on your state.I broke my foot at work when a manager told me to use a pallet jack he knew was broken and it smushed me against a wall.Since I live and work in Indiana, workers comp was my ONLY recourse (pro-tip, they're all lying assh**es). I talked to three lawyers and they all said my only chance at a lawsuit was to take the manufacturer of the jack to court and it would likely get thrown out since it was my employers fault the jack broke. The company I worked for and the guy who knew the jack had busted controls are all 100% protected under state law. Then liberty mutual (my employers work comp insurance company) sent me a bill saying they had overpaid my wages and wanted all but 1.5 weeks pay back after I'd been unable to stand without crutches for two months. I finally 'won' and got a month's pay out of them. But no, getting hurt on the job is not (necessarily) worth money.yeah f**k Indiana.
The middle shelf area fell last. The end closest to the camera where all the FIBC's are failed second even though it was pretty far from the forklift. Since those bags are rated to hold 3300lb's and are mostly full, I think it's safe to say that almost any shelf system that isn't a part of the structure it's built into, would be overloaded under all that weight.
