Actually, one of my ideas is a toolset of irritating missing items in OSX as well as integrated app killers. You can choose what is on or what is off, as well as tweaking what needs tweaking without harming the OS operation.I agree, there needs to be refinement in what is already there, and it seems like Apple is concentrating on "adding on" rather than "honing" the OS.

Isn't Herald just an app that does the same thing as www.netvibes.com? I think I'd rather have the web page than a stand-alone app....and why does Digg hate Opera?
