I'll agree that iE7 is much better, but why the change of the GUI? That really bugs me... add the security features and tabs, but leave the layout alone, the simplicity of IE6 (before you get all those toolbar bugs), was great, keep it that way.

Couldn't agree more. From the article, it also sounds like the source data is seriously flawed (i.e. IE reports bugs differently than Mozilla). A good study would start with valid sampling techniques too.
