releases.mozilla.org — Quickly after 1.5.0.5 was released it was reported that Windows MediaPlayer plugin stopped working on specific website. Mozilla has hit back with its latest release, 1.5.0.6. Lets hope they have fixed the problem.

Microsoft patented "patching the patch." Expect to hear from their lawyers.

Hit back? Give me a break. This is an example of extremely poor Q/A.Can you imagine if Microsoft released a patch for IE that broke the ability to play video content in the browser? What if it broke flash?Considering that many millions of dollars every day are spent on flash-based advertising, it's very likely that Microsoft would be sued for each and every dollar lost. That's one reason why it takes a month or more for Microsoft to get a patch out. It absolutely can't break. Period.Apparently this same rule doesn't apply to Mozilla or the Firefox team.

Some weired problem in my firefox.... when I hit the Update button, the download is 6.1MB! Even for previous upgrades, it's been in the same league. Can someone throw any light as to why this is happening?
