There is no indication that the "triple parked" guy got no ticket. Actually, just because someone else is breaking the law doesn't give you the right to do the same. I'm glad he got the ticket, and I hope he has to pay the full $550 dollars. He sounds like a fool to me, and he's treating this situation like its funny, or some game. I'd like to see him prove that some dude was triple parked. From the way he sounded, I wouldn't be surprised if he were simply driving drunk and he just made up this triple parking excuse to get people to sympathize with his drunk ass. Just because somebody says something, or makes a youtube video about something, it doesn't make it true. Plus, he's all like "You can't just be givin' brotha's tickets for no reason..."Ohhh, so I suppose the officer just looked at the car and said, "Dude, a black guy drives that! Let's give him a ticket!"
Absolute classic. I watched all five of Mr Chi City's vids on that site, they are all HILARIOUS!Edit: wow, there's a bunch more of 'em on YouTube! They're under MrChiCity3 FYI
The biggest problem with his NFL analogy, is that it is wrong. If you step on the line, you are out of bounds. If you go even partially on the line into the endzone, you have a touchdown. And therefore, he was parked in a handicapped spot... Or something like that.
as he said he wasn't actually in the space to begin with he got ticketed because he angered the officer which is an abuse of power on the officer's part
