theagitator.com — Massachusetts state police and prosecutors are threatening a woman with criminal sanctions for posting video of an arrest on her website. Not only that, but state prosecutors are apparently threatening other websites for merely linking to the video. (Note: multi-blog story)

I am a resident of the netherlands and will be seeking to find other video's of this kind, in all cases I will seek names, adresses and other pertinent information of police officers shown in such video's and I will do my utmost best to publish them. If they don't like it I suggest they wear masks - which suits me fine because that will show us their true face: http://www.theforce.net/swtc/Pix/dvd/ep6/arrive9.jpghttp://image.guardian.co.uk/sys-images/Guardian/Pix/pictures/2003/04/30/1sars.jpg

Thomas Jefferson Said,"Government big enough to supply everything you need,is big enough to take everything you have,...The course of history shows that as a government grows, liberty decreases."

Vlad Putin recently said he wouldn't want to live in a democracy like Iraq. If this keeps up, he'll probably say the same for the USA.

Having just watched the video, it seems like the police just steam rolled the defendant and searched his house without a search warrant. Basically, they made it sound like their right to search the house. Can someone tell me if this is legal? Can they search the guy's house while arresting him without a search warrant? I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think you can.

The good thing about Indymedia is that you can post your opinion there also. So if Indymedia is biased against your beliefs that indicates that you (or those that think like you) have not been posting there...

To Bonuskill,I support you, brother. I have seen A LOT of this kind of conduct on behalf of law enforcement. Personal friends of mine have been driven from the city of Boston by corrupt Pig mother f----ers. Guys who were just trying to make an honest living and ended up bunping into the wrong guy. (Boston police officer William Hill, for one) . Boston police history is rife with stories of absolutely craven, depraved and horrific corruption. Take for example the Pulido story. This pig was running drugs and a whorehouse for the benefit of narco-gangsters and his currupt pig cronies, Then, there was "fenway frank" extorting the parking lot owners near the ballpark, There was the seargeant who was juicing all the hookers for free blowjobs down in the combat zone, and there were the two detectives known as "Batman and Robin" who would sequentially bust drugdealers, then shake them down for cash in exchange for bothching the evidence, then go and bust them again as soon as was opportune, and repeat the scam over and over. They retired with nice houses down on the cape paid for with their filthy loot. Anybody remember the old Metro, or M.D.C. police??? Huh? the ones so currupt they had to be put out of business as a force and no longer exist? They had one Captain Gerald Clemente, who was up to his ears in bribe taking AND believe it or not, he and some other metro cop, with help from some career criminals, pulled one of those comedic "long weekend" tunnel-in bank robberies. I hope he is still in jail getting butt raped every night for being such a filthy, currupt, pig f---er. I could also mention the Chelsea police, who had gotten so criminal and evil the whole force, AND the town had to be put into recievership, all cops were fired, and new ones were hired. Did not make that big a difference, from what I understand.I carry a vid cam at all times, not just for myself, but for any other honest citizen I might see being brutalized or shaken down by these evil hired goons.I must add, that it is a damn shame. I was a member of a bike club, and there were cops in the membership, and these guys seemed really good, helpful, nice, and I have met "good" cops who were fair and patient. Unfortunately, I am fully conviced these good cops are a very small minority in the law enforcement community. I quit the motorcycle club on general principle. I will not socialize with cops. period.
