Anyone with an ounce of understanding of the constitution of the United States, can see that this law of the state of California is in direct violation of the Constitution in its amendments for freedom of speech, such as amendment 1. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof: or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, to the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the gov't for redress of grievances. This California law requires censorship of terminology defined by specific organizations as non politically correct and unacceptable. This uses due process of state law to censor free speech in public and private institutions, which is direct violation of the constitution and its amendments. Since no state law has jurisdiction over federal law, then this state law should be considered invalid and annulled. The people of California need to sue the state of California in Federal court and if necessary take this decision to the Supreme court.
