This is incredible. Talk about a two-birds-with-one-stone approach to tackling both AIDS and poverty in Africa. Instead of One Laptop Per Child it should be One Cellphone Per Child
I expect to see a lot more of this over the next few years. The gadgets you and I throw away every day are like gold to developing countries -- especially with smart hacks/mods
