moto4lin.sourceforge.net — The moto4lin software is intended to be used with Motorola telephones based on the P2K platform. It can upload/download files, edit SEEMs and manage Java.It will let you upload ringtones, and download your pictures :)

Great except - it doesn't work good with the RAZR. Apparently other Motorola phones work fine, but the RAZR is very finicky with this program. I could connect mine after a bit of work, but couldn't transfer anything.

Worked fine for me with default settings (I have a razr).sudo apt-get install moto4lingksudo moto4linClicked connect, and all worked well. (Ubuntu 6.10).
