video.google.com— This cop needs to be fired, and taught what the hell our Constitution is written for: to prevent things like this from happening!

Yeah I had 5 KG of heroin in my car so I decided to keep a low profile...ttint my windows and drive around at 80MPH in a 30 area..and then I GOT PULLED OVER :(
Heres what I don't get. And don't get me wrong, I have reasons for thinking that it may have happened, but theres two concerns:1. The audio is too good. When cops bring someone out of the car, they usually take them to the back of the car for their own safety.2. In the end, he went to jail. How did the tape Survive if the cop knew about it????
Jail time, that's what this officer needs. He is a servant of the people not their master, keeper, or enforcer. It's a sad state of affairs. Criminal charges are needed. It's a clear sign of the growing rift between the people and what their police are being taught to be. Police cannot afford to have this rift form, neither can the so called "civillians"
When I was falsely convicted, after about a year and a half in prison of suffering under the most appalling conditions, I had had royally had enough... I couldn't bear one more moment of it as a tough as nails concious human being. I filed a grievance on torture spelling out in plain cold blooded letters a child could understand, how I was being tortured. They refused to process it, and denied the grievance procedure to me. I followed the manual and resubmitted it all the way up the chain of command to the Head of Prisons himself, the end of the line, and at every single point it was ignored. This was no frivolous accusation to waste people's time, this was a serious grievance about serious issues of being tortured. There were laws against denying a person the grievance system, and at every step of the way those laws were ignored. When the law is not conveinent for them, it is ignored. When you are arrested and imprisoned by the United States, you are thrown into a nether world where such things as rights and laws no longer apply. It is a gulag of unprecedented proportions in all of human history. Who's going to protect you when you are locked behind bars? Your lawyer? They are on the other side of the fence. Any lawyer who wants to get with me and sue these f**kers into the ground, you know where to find me. I'm at the front of every protest group waving my angry fist in the air, the one with the bullhorn with no face mask. They already know my face and my name. http://anarchy-tv.com
'' Exactly. Reasonable suspicion. I can go anywhere I please if I have reasonable suspicion. Now if I have suspicion a felony's been committed, I can just walk right in here anytime I feel like it, 'cause I got this badge, I got this gun, and I got the love of Jesus right here in my pretty green eyes. If this kid had a cell phone, which I'm sure he did, since he has a camera placed inside his car.... why didn't he just dial 911? That is what I have done in similar situations... and believe me........ the cops shut up real fast..... and suddenly ,,they are saying,,,' you are free to go'......... Well of course I am free to go.. since I did nothing in the first place....... assh**E f**kING PIECE OF s**t COPS!!!!!!!

I believe that's only over the phone. As the cop was so nice to point out - when you're in public, all is game.
