torrentfreak.com — No torrent site on earth is more popular than Mininova. Surprisingly, however, all the legal pressure seems to have been focused on sites such as The Pirate Bay. Mininova - against all the odds - appears to have stayed under the radar. All that changed today as Mininova is now facing legal action by Dutch anti-piracy agency, BREIN.

What if you pay for cable, are too lazy to tape the show (but for whatever reason not too lazy to download a torrent of it)? You've paid your dues there, haven't you?... or, a far more likely scenario... What if you pay for cable, live in a backwards country on the other side of the world that seems to get all the good shows TWO GODDAMNED YEARS LATER than everybody else, but realise that the show will be on cable (they've just repeat the first series for the 4th f**king time), you will at some point in the future pay your dues for that show (not planning on stopping paying for cable no matter how much crap is on it) - is it immoral to torrent it?

Idiot, web ads. Skip posting next time. It seems every time you post it's some asinine comment.

I meant suprnova, i realized it when i went to bed. Are you sure about that? When suprnova went down there was a message "Site down due to legal issues. Thanks for the support, be back soon" or whatever. Mininova has the exact same design that suprnova did, and was put up when that message was taken down.
