this....thing...has no purpose. none at all, who cares how big that many pennies is?! ive read some useless random s**t on digg befre but this wins first prize
This is spam. It has been noted the some retail companies and banks want to get ride of the penny. This would let them round up or down the costs of things. Just like they adjust the interest you get on your savings. All those tiny fractions of cents add up.Now think of how the fractions of nickles would add up for them to keep.We had the mill coins at one time, smaller than Penny's, to help with the cost of things less than a cent.It would be nice if the mill was brought back to life, at least on paper of our bank statement. Then we would be getting more of our money / interest.Yes boys and girls, the digits after the first two to the right of the decimal point. They get to keep all the little pieces the collect from all of use.
