An employer has no right to to monitor your heart rate, breathing, body temperature, facial expressions and blood pressure unless you agree to such things. If you do agree, you relinquish ownership of yourself to someone who cares nothing about you.Any employer that thinks it has such rights will quickly find it difficult to attract employees. It is an invasion of privacy. If such a thing is even allowed, our Constitution is dead.
