engadget.com — icrosoft's Peter Moore, chief Xbox-exec and avid bicep tattooer, confirmed a plan to add video games to the Zune (Xune?) at CES yesterday. This would bring the Zune up to speed with the iPod's ability to offer games, albeit several months late

More? you mean the play-3-times-or-3-days-then-you-must-buy-it wifi transfer function, or the Zune software crush more then iTune?Zune got a bigger screen & maybe longer battery life, I'll give you that.

Why thank you, that was excellent.I must disagree with the itunes thing; I rip all my music in lossless format. The itunes store does have crap quality, I'll give you that.To each their own player :)

@broomettWell done, you've made the single most idiotic post of the day.Guess what? You're comparing apples and oranges dude. How exactly does one compare marketshare of products in ENTIRELY DIFFERENT f**kING MARKETS? I personally own neither a zune or an iPod. i own 2 PC desktop's, a pc laptop and a mac(albeit a PPC mac) so i'm by no means a fan boy, but you are a tit.

"Why do people keep making it sound like the Zune and iPhone are competing products?"It's about functionality, the size and the form factor. When you hold the Zune and the iPhone up next to each other they look pretty similar – except one does more than just play music.

from the looks of it you will be able to play halo on the zune. it's not just going to be stupid solitaire games. And although the zune has some kinks to work out i prefer it over the ipod.
