Growing pains are a bitch. Here are a couple of things MS needs to work on for the future.A better communication system on xbox.com and have an alternate method of supplying info to the area because since it's all tied together.... Clear information as to you know there is an issue and are working on it. Does it effect all or some users. Estimate time to fix if possible/available. I'm glad I was busy and couldn't be on Live to expereince it but have felt the pangs in the past of these types of issues.

Agreed with that remark, well the part about playing alone when the system is down or whatever HOWEVER have you thought that for one second YOUR employer which we will leave anonymous decided that due to the spike in sales and players that even though it is a policy they decided "You know what we should be accountable for the problems our paying members are having, this isn't a one day deal, this has been ongoing, they been patient for the most part so why not give them a little something to simply say thanks" But no instead we get some whiny ass probably think your underpaid alleged Xbox CS rep going around to sites like these bitching about it and insulting players who pay and pretty much got your ass in that seat answering the phones, I mean if it wasn't for the 360 and all of us awesome people paying for one and a membership and all these games making this a porfitable product your ass would probably be at home whining on your mothers shoulder that you can't even get a job as an ass clown.
