LoL how is this retarded say sony got a new sku is no where near getting HDMI jerk =). So you telling me your fine with buy another x-box to play it on hd??? You must be rich! If you so rich stop being a x-box fanboy and buy a ps3 you know you want MGS. When a company starts to reinvent there system this soon out of the gate you know something is up! Sega did this and now M$. IN the end bolth systems are going to cost the same amount of money ps3/360. M$ just sh!t on all of there current customers (including you) who have th base system and thats bad business. Bad business like dropping a faulty system that breaks and overheats, but i won't touch on that.
You pay $399 to have the thing bake it's self? I don't care about HDMI on my 360 but all the system failures speak of a different matter of a product being released before it was even finished.
Yeah we 360 owners have so many games. Looks ok there are the usual DOA series. There's a few FPS. Oh all of our console exclusives are coming out on the PC with more content (Gears) that we will never get. When the 360 launched you could not list 3 games to be excited for that were coming out soon. PS3 on the other hand has a-list titles after 9 months and had Resistance at the start. What did the 360 have for the first year and up until Gears came out>
Have to agree with you on Wi-Fi -- it's the only area where even the Wii is technologically ahead of the 360 at this point. (On the second point, didn't MS say something about a new firmware update laying groundwork for wireless guitars on the 360? So that problem might be getting resolved before the game hits.)
well without HDMI you cant watch HD-DVD movies in 1080p or even 720. Your stuck at some 400something resolution because of some stupid copy protection law or something like that.. ahh... whatever.

Is there really anyone with a Wii who doesn't already have a DVD player?

And I'm perfectly happy with my DVD upscaling on my PS3. The only thing I'm missing is Divx/Xvid support.

True but when(if) you get an HD-DVD drive you will be pleasantly surprised.
