xbox-scene.com — For those who still don't believe an Xbox360 with HDMI port is coming a Microsoft XNA Framework Developer probably unintentionally confirmed it for you. Xbox-Scene sources also claim that next to the 'Elite' Black 360 coming in April, the Pro/Core SKU will also get an HDMI port in June.

If all they are adding is a larger HD and MDMI port then who cares!!! The PS3 has WIFI, BluRay and a drive that doesn't sound like a wind turbine. This makes it cheaper and a far superior system. The games will come!!!

Man, I submitted this two days ago: http://digg.com/gaming_news/Unintentional_Confirmation_of_Xbox_360_Elite_from_Microsoft_EmployeeNow that it has hit the major sites, it suddenly becomes news. Oh well.

Sounds great for me. My only issue is getting my game saves from one to another. Currently there are a bunch of MEG files on the 360 that might have a hard time moving over to the larger drive.

Microsoft knows it needs something fresh to let the air out of Sony's positive press. I don't own any of the systems, but if you ask me it looks like MS is playing a bit of catch up.

Your right, you do look like a fool. It isn't April.

Good point. I still don't believe there is a production model called the Elite or that there is any new production model that carries these new features. It's still too premature in my opinion. The best way to beat Sony PS3 right now is to drop prices. Nothing more is required until December 2007. Then bring out a "new" premium, loaded with great features and dump the Core.

Check through the comments again. Every time something like this is posted about the HDMI model there are tons of "M$ is screwing us" comments.
