That's basically the reason why I have NoScript. I don't typically visit "those" sites on purpose anymore, but I've stumbled onto enough of them that it's worth the extra effort it takes for me to mark a site as trusted before it's allowed to run scripts.
um... It's clear that there is censorship in China's Google. Google admited it. BBC covered it. Here is the text on the bottom when you search the "tiananmen square massacre" in China's Google: ??????????????????????Translated, it says:

already changed by search bar to search bing. use bing to open Internet on my iPhone homepage too. Absolutely love it. nicely done. don't really care about serial numbers. like the decision engine!
