he was tested throughout the Olympics and was highly publicized for his willingness to partake in the program as well as his advocacy of mandatory testing for the Olympics.Also as to your claim that all these records started getting smashed. They havent been, records have been broken year after year after year. most records don't last two years (except some of the distance events like the 1500 and stuff). It is only that you are now aware of records being broken because of the recent Olympics and the media coverage of phelps. The rate of records falling is nothing different than it always has been.
